About the Job:
Located out of the Canadian Head Office in Mississauga, ON, the Director, Offer, Design & Development will report directly to the Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing with approximately 2-3 direct reports. The primary role of this position is to act as the subject matter expert to support the sales team in the creation of innovative new differential services.
The role will also support operational and business changes, or changes to the current Financial Institutions (FI), Credit Unions and Retail Customers, with a focus on profitable growth within all accounts. This position will also hold strategic relationships with all of the FI’s, Credit Unions and Retail Customer base. All of the current offerings will be supported by the role along with the development of new sales offerings to drive greater Customer value add.
Accountable for Smart safe P&L in Canada, along with the management of vendors
Create new offers within the Change Fund, Cash Logistics and Compusafe space
Will participate from a national scope in the costing of any business
Identify and review sales objectives, sales forecasts, and act upon pipeline opportunities
Establish regular whiteboard sessions as part of the client engagement strategy with customers
Evaluate margins by customer and support operations for productivity improvements
Provide guidelines for standard cost approaches used in business decisions
Strong focus on commercial account extensions and add-on’s
Provide subject matter expertise for all lines of business
Communicate strategy along with support for offer design and development of differentiated services
Review and oversee the Customer Relation Management software
The successful candidate will preferably have a University education with at least five to eight years industry experience and be knowledgeable about all operational roles. Proven customer service and presentation skills are key, with a willingness to travel. Sound computer skills, including word, excel, and PowerPoint. French speaking considered an asset.
