Our client in the CPG Industry is looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The successful candidate should be a strategic planner and should possess 5 years of experience across all HR disciplines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects to performance management with a focus on employee development
- Oversee recruitment process, sourcing, interviews, and selection offers and effective on-boarding with an emphasis on enhancing our search and success
- Assist management with needs of improvement of learning and development needs
- Assist with internal employee HR communications
- Develop and manage programs to address employee compensation, performance, and absences
- Compensation management, including annual merit and bonus cycle reviews
- Work in collaboration with other HR businesses partners, HR team members on ongoing strategic development and employee management programs
Qualifications and Experience
- CHRP/CHRL
- Relevant strategic HR experience in the CPG, or Manufacturing Industry
- University Diploma or Degree in business or HR accompanied by 5-7 years in an HR Generalist role
- High capacity and capabilities to coach, sympathize, and work reciprocally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in supporting client group with emphasis on recruitment, employee relations and performance management and compensation
- Attention to detail, organized, and work well in a fast pace in a highly dynamic environment
- Advanced communication skills and be able to multi- task
- Proven experience managing change combined with a strong business acumen and negotiation skills
