DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound calling
- Working with our internal Sales Team, Marketing, Credit and HVAC Dealers
- Building and maintaining relationships with Dealers via friendly, efficient and high-quality customer service
- Assist Dealers with understanding and utilizing our financial products and services
- Liaise with our Sales and Marketing group to ensure our solutions are being communicated in a timely manner
- Perform at highest level maintaining superior customer service with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with other tasks and duties as required
- Strong business office knowledge and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling in a fast paced, results oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills

- SalesForce experience is an asset
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Computer literate
- Proactive with ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
- Exceptional customer service and contact management skills
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, ability to work independently in a team environment
- Outgoing, confident personality, comfortable in dealing with clients and customers
