Are you Millwright or highly skilled apprentice (with all schooling completed) with strong press trouble shooting skills? Do you like to work in a fast paced environment? Are you looking to work for an expanding organization that has guaranteed work for at least the next ten years?
We are looking for someone who has drive, likes to teach and pass on their knowledge, and get to work with a group of well tenured co workers in the automotive industry.
In this role, you will be:
- mentoring an apprentice
- working with conveyor systems, presses and cranes
- upgrading equipment
- maintain all schematics
- coordinate, and actively participate in H&S programs, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Advantages

Qualifications
- willing to help out on in other areas if you are caught up
- must have 433A license
- automotive experience is ideal or stamping experience
- live within a 40 minute drive from Brantford
- must possess strong communication skills
- work well within a tenured group of co-workers
- able to work a three-shift rotation
