- Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments, meetings and events
- Managing office expenses
- Assisting with onboarding new hires
- Maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment
- Providing support to multiple departments
- 3+ years office management experience
- Experience in managing all aspects of workspace
- Detail oriented with an outgoing personality
