Eco Star Home Services Co. is a leading HVAC home comfort company serving in GTA area. We do maintenance, repair as well as replacement of heating, cooling and ventilation systems. We currently have a permanent full- time position opening for Regional Sales Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales department
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Over 3 years working experience in HVAC
- Problem solve skill, highly organized and ability to work in fast pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Ability to build and develop effective relationships with team members
- Motivated self-starter with discipline to work independently to achieve targets
Annual salary $97,000 and employee benefit
