You’re a confident, experienced sales professional known for your penchant for winning and drive to succeed. For you, there’s no better feeling than closing one deal, and moving on to the next.
Now, you’re looking for an opportunity where you can make a big impact on a business set for national growth.
We’re Perkopolis and we connect employees with the perks, events, and services that build company culture and keep people smiling. We’re a small company with a national reach and impact, and our clients offer the best products and services on the market. Members know that when they purchase through us, they’re getting the best.
If you’re ready to sink your teeth into an opportunity where you can add value as a Regional Sales Manager, then this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
As our new Regional Sales Manager, your overarching goal is to grow the footprint of Perkopolis, using your connections with small-medium-large sized businesses across Canada.
You’ll accomplish this goal in two ways. Primarily, you’ll work as an individual contributor. You’ll be responsible for your own work productivity by managing your time, while handling competing deadlines. You’ll be trusted to identify your goals, develop plans and monitor your progress without being micromanaged.
Once you understand the business, you’ll be up and running independently. You’ll spend your time developing strategies to pursue new business opportunities. You’ll conduct research and book customer calls (inbound and outbound) and presentations. You’ll use your prior sales experience to guide your interactions with our customers, building their trust and securing your sales.
Eventually, we’re also looking for a leader and we’re hoping this is where you’d like to grow into. You’ll manage a team of 2-3 sales professionals to achieve their sales objectives. Whether or not you’ve had experience explicitly managing people, we’ll ensure you receive the tools needed to train, motivate, and coach your employees on work performance and growth.
This is an autonomous role, with a broad scope that will keep you highly engaged and motivated. While you’ll have the freedom to work and manage your role independently, you’ll also have the strong support of our national sales/marketing team when you need it.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and assertive go-getter – someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. This is an incredible opportunity to grow your sales and leadership skills, drive success, and deliver results. If this sounds exciting to you, then we want to meet you.
