We have an exciting opportunity for the right person - are you an experienced  Full Stack Java Developer and want to be part of a great team?  We are looking for you. You will be working with one of the top Canadian banks and have an integral role in their new data strategy

Who we are looking for:

Experienced Full Stack JAVA developers  

Strong experience with Spring Boot

Strong experience with Angular, Angular/JS

Must have experience with Anaconda, Python, Hadoop

Must have database development skills - able to write efficient SQL scripts and tune queries for performance

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScripts, SCSS

Experience with UI/ UX concepts and frameworks, design and development skills

Experience with Scala, Spark, Shell Scripting, Hive

E2E testing and Unit-testing experience

Exposure to Microsoft Azure, RedHat OpenShift and Docker containers

Experience with Agile development

Who you are

University degree in relevant disciplines

Experience in banking or financial services industry a strong asset

Exposure to Cyber Fraud Detection and Anti Money Laundering systems a strong asset

Works well both individually and as part of a team

Strong communication skills

Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment

Able to work closely with technical and non-technical team in a collaborative environment

You are a logical thinker with a driving curiosity
