JOB ORDER NUMBER:
EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
- Electronics Engineering Technician Diploma
- Knowledge of Sage 300 ERP system software an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- 2 years’ experience in a Technical Support role
- Strong technical expertise in automatic door security, control and access products
Our client is an industry leader within the door activation and locking products space. They manufacture on site and have experienced strong growth in their area of expertise.
You will bring your skills within the area of technical and electrical knowledge within the security, control and access products to this unique organization. You will be tasked with assisting and guiding customers in their pursuit of technical knowledge and information around this client’s product line. You will enhance the customer’s ability to understand technical details needed around these products. You will have the ability to inspect and test equipment. Working with multiple areas within the organization such as sales, marketing, customer service and production.
